How do I cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed and payment has been made, it is not possible to cancel your order in the webshop. To make changes, please contact our Exhibitor Services via ea-labnl@a-booth.nl or phone at 0031 (0) 75- 7600562.
Where can I find my order?
After placing your order, you can find it in your account under "Order History" once you have logged in.
When will the ordered furniture be delivered?
The ordered furniture will be delivered to your exhibition space by the end of the last build-up day. In case the ordered furniture is not present, kindly reach out to our Exhibition Service via ea-labnl@a-booth.nl or by phone at 0031 (0) 75- 7600562. Alternatively, you can visit our onsite exhibitor services desk.
How do I change my order?
Modifying your order in the webshop after it has been placed and paid is not possible. To make changes, please get in touch with our Exhibitor Services via ea-labnl@a-booth.nl or phone at 0031 (0) 75- 7600562 However, if you want to add new items you can do this by creating a new order.
